This is Opal, she works for White Diamond as an Inquisitor. She is sent to look over other diamond's operations to make sure everything runs as it should, or otherwise to investigate reports of rebellion, misconduct, or other signs of gems that are ruining the order set by the diamonds. If she discovers something wrong, she either shall report it to the appropriate figures- such as the specific commanders or foremans of that Diamond's court- or even to the diamonds themselves if things are too dire. Or she will force submission herself, should the situation require immediate action.
Graceful, strong, yet terrifying. That is pretty much the idea I had in mind while designing her. I also was somewhat inspired by swans and their beautiful looks that are often combined with a mean temper.
